Cashiers Office

The Cashiers Office is responsible for receipting and depositing all money paid to the University. The Cashier's Office is not a bank; therefore, students are unable to open checking and savings accounts through the office but the privilege of cashing checks is offered to students, faculty, and staff.

Collections Office

The Collections Office is responsible for handling the collection of student debts.

Redbird Card Office

The Redbird Card Office creates all Illinois State University student, faculty/staff, extra-help, and other miscellaneous I.D. cards. They also receive deposits for the Redbird Debit account and monitor the I.D. card system.

Student Accounts Office

Student Accounts Office is responsible for the Centralized Accounts Receivable System (CARS) that handles student billing statements. The student accounts office handles the various charges of attending Illinois State University including: tuition, general fees, on-campus housing, library, and others (excluding textbooks and personal items. Also included in Student Accounts are billing dates, withdrawal dates, and deadlines for adding/dropping classes.
