Withdrawal Refund Policy Dates Summer 2010

A student who registers and officially withdraws from the University or from a course may receive a reduction of tuition and general fees according to the following schedule:

Prior to the first scheduled meeting time — 100% reduction of tuition and general fees except insurance**
Up to and including the last day to withdraw without receiving a grade —100% reduciton of tuition and general fees except insurance**
After the last day to withdraw without receiving a grade — No reduction of tuition and general fees.

**Insurance is refundable only if the withdrawal occurs on or before May 24, 2010.

Withdrawal from the University or Course

Duration of Class	Last Day to Withdraw - No Grade Issued
One or Two Weeks	Day of first class
Three or Four Weeks	One day after first class
Five or Six Weeks	Two days after first class
Seven or Eight Weeks	Three days after first class
Nine or Ten Weeks	Four days after first class
Eleven or Twelve Weeks	Five days after first class

* Week day is defined as Monday through Friday
