Saving Plan
College Illinois! is a State-sponsored plan which helps families fund future college costs with tax benefits granted by Section 529 of the IRS Code. If you are using College Illinois! benefits to assist with your tuition and fees expenses, the billings and payments are processed by the Student Accounts Office. College Illinois! covers only tuition and general fees.
For each semester you are utilizing the program you will need to complete the College Illinois Authorization Form.

If you have other tuition specific awards (i.e. ISAC/MAP, dependant tuition waiver, department tuition waiver, etc), we will bill College Illinois! the balance of the tuition and general fees only. The account holder of the plan then has an option to request a refund for the scholarship or leaving the hours on the plan. To request a scholarship refund, you can go to http://myaccount.collegeillinois.com/access/forms.htm to download the form and send to College Illinois!.
