Welcome to the Student Accounts Office

Our office is responsible for the Centralized Accounts Receivable System (CARS) that handles the student billing statements.  The student billing system handles the various charges of attending Illinois State University which includes tuition, general fees, on-campus housing, library, and others (excluding textbooks and personal items).  Student Accounts is a customer service department working with many facets of the campus community including students, parents, and with the Offices of Financial Aid, Registrar Service Center, University Housing Services and many others.
