The following dates and times have been scheduled in Room 113, Julian Hall to focus on year-end questions, review important dates and Datatel year-end data entry requirements. After your Dean/Department Head or supervisor determines that you need to use the Datatel system, you must fill out an Account Creation form in order to receive security clearance and obtain your Datatel logon. This form can also be obtained through the Datatel Assistance Desk at (309) 438-2270.
Once you and your Dean/Department Head/supervisor have filled out this form, you should send it to: Shirley Murphy, Hovey 102 (Campus Box 1200). Questions regarding the completion of this form should be addressed to

(309) 438-7613. Only after receiving your Datatel logon should you schedule your Datatel training sessions.
Departments/units or staff members should request the training sessions they want based on their needs and their advancing knowledge of the Datatel system. Occasionally, notices about training sessions will be e-mailed to all staff members with Datatel logons.
Please register for training sessions by e-mailing . Training attendees must have a Datatel logon, so anyone who does not have a Datatel logon should complete an Account Creation form prior to attending a session.
Online voucher and requisition training is performed on a one-on-one basis at the present time. Please e-mail or call the Datatel Assistance Desk at (309) 438-2270, to sign up for these training sessions.
