You can add questions to the Datatel FAQ by calling the Datatel Assistance Desk at (309) 438-2270.
The Datatel FAQ is in PDF format (155 KB). To access the FAQ's Table of Contents (T.O.C.), when the document opens in Acrobat Reader click on the "Show/Hide Navigation Pane" icon on the Command Bar. The T.O.C. will appear on the left-side of the screen and can be adjusted to be bigger or smaller.
You will be able to click on any question in the T.O.C. and go directly to the answer.
If you don't have the Acrobat Reader (it comes with I-Tools), contact your LAN Coordinator or download it from the Adobe site for free.
