The Student Accounts Office is responsible for the Centralized Account Receivable System (CARS) that handles the student billing statements. Student Accounts is a customer service department working with many facets of the campus community including students, parents and the Offices of Financial Aid, Student Services Referral Center, University Housing Services, and many others.
The student billing system handles the various charges of attending Illinois State University which includes tuition, general fees, on-campus housing, library, and others (excluding textbooks and personal items).
